Fees for Fixed Rate Home Loans - ING DIRECT - 2 yr fixed

Application fee of $499 (NSW, VIC, QLD) and $299 elsewhere, will apply to fixed rate loans.
Note: For fixed rate loans, where a client also requests to take Rate Lock-In the fee will be $499 in addition to the applicable Application Fee. The Rate Lock-In fee of $499 must be paid for each fixed Rate Lock-In taken as is payable on Application.
If eligible, Applicants may request SmartPack Discount for $699 negating the Application Fee. At the end of the Fixed Rate term, the SmartPack 0.06% discount will apply when the loan reverts to the Mortgage Simplifier at the end of the Fixed Rate term.
Account Keeping Fees: Nil
Additional Valuations fees commence at $200 for a standard valuation which are paid upfront, refer to Postcode Valuation Costs in the ING DIRECT Loan Applications folder.
Fees for Changes to the Letter of Offer: $250 applies to make changes to the Letter of Offer between disclosure date and settlement.
A legal fee of $220 minimum applies and is charged directly by the solicitor (displayed as Mortgage Preparation). Additional fees may be payable, for further information please consult your local INGD BDM or refer to ING DIRECT’s Pre-Settlement Fees & Charges brochure.
Additional Application fees may apply to non-Standard Loans where there is more than one security property, or where a combination loan is required.
